How Total Product Disposal handles the information businesses provide when requesting quotes, scheduling pickups or contacting us. Last updated September 16, 2026.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you choose to send, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, pickup location, product description, quantities, photographs and any documents such as an SDS or specification sheet. We collect this information only when you submit it through our quote form, by phone, by text message or by email.
We do not sell products or services to consumers and do not knowingly collect information from residential customers or from anyone under 18.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to review your material, prepare quotes, schedule and coordinate pickups, communicate with you about your project, and maintain records of completed services. We may also use it to follow up on a request you initiated.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Service providers
We work with third parties who help us operate the website and the business. That includes our website hosting provider, the service that delivers our email (including quote request notifications), analytics providers such as Google, and the transportation, processing and disposal providers we coordinate for your project. These providers receive only the information they need to perform their function, and we do not authorize them to use it for their own purposes.
Analytics and cookies
Our website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags to measure how the site is used and whether advertising campaigns lead to quote requests. These tools may set cookies or collect usage information such as pages visited and actions taken. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Communications
When you contact us by phone, text or email, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry and, where you have asked us to, to provide quotes and scheduling information. You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you by replying to an email or calling (213) 219-3201.
Data retention
We keep quote requests and project records for as long as reasonably needed for business, accounting and documentation purposes, including any Certificate of Destruction or supporting records associated with a completed project.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent us, subject to records we are required to retain. To make a request, contact us at robin@totalproductdisposal.com or call (213) 219-3201.
