Inventory we remove

Excess inventory

Overstock and surplus that has stopped moving and is now paying rent instead of earning it.

Obsolete inventory

Aged product, retired SKUs and materials tied to a specification nobody orders anymore.

Discontinued products

Delisted lines, retired branding and packaging that can no longer go to market.

Damaged inventory

Crushed, leaking, freight-damaged or temperature-abused goods that cannot be sold.

Unwanted products

Customer returns, mixed-SKU pallets and product a buyer walked away from.

Warehouse cleanouts

Aisle-by-aisle or building-wide clearing ahead of a lease end or consolidation.

Retail inventory

Expired shelf stock, seasonal resets and backroom overflow from stores and markets.

Overstock

Forecast misses and cancelled orders sitting in full-pallet quantities.

Why businesses remove inventory rather than hold it

Unsellable stock costs money every month it stays on the rack: storage, cycle counts, handling, and the risk that something obsolete or expired accidentally ships to a customer. Clearing it recovers space, closes out the accounting and removes the chance that product which should never have shipped ends up in the market.

If the material is expired, see expired product disposal. If it is branded product that must not be diverted, see product destruction. For food and drink specifically, see food and beverage disposal.

How inventory removal works

Send a pallet count by category, approximate weight, the site address and photographs down the aisle. We confirm what can be accepted and how it will be handled, quote the project against a real plan for your dock, and schedule the pickup — as one visit or as scheduled trailer loads for larger volumes. Where applicable we can supply photographs, counts, weight information and disposal documentation at close-out.

Questions

Inventory removal questions

Answers depend in part on the material and how it is classified. When a definitive answer requires review, we say so and confirm after we see the product details.

What is business inventory removal?

+

Business inventory removal is the bulk pickup and disposal of commercial stock a company no longer intends to sell or use — excess, obsolete, discontinued, damaged, overstock or otherwise unwanted goods. Total Product Disposal removes this inventory from warehouses, stores, offices and production facilities across Los Angeles and Southern California.

Can you remove excess and overstock inventory?

+

Yes. Overstock and slow-moving inventory that will never sell through is one of the most common reasons businesses call us. Send the pallet count, product mix and location, and we will quote a pickup sized to the load.

Do you remove obsolete inventory from a warehouse?

+

Yes. We handle obsolete pallets, aged stock, retired SKUs, old packaging and abandoned client goods, scheduled around your dock hours and forklift availability. Projects range from a few pallets to repeating full truckloads.

Can you help with a retail inventory cleanout?

+

Yes. We remove expired shelf stock, seasonal overstock, damaged goods, returns and discontinued lines from retail and grocery locations. Tell us the store address, access and volume and we will schedule around your hours.

How fast can inventory removal be scheduled?

+

Timing depends on the material, volume, location and access. Pickup can often be arranged within 24 hours across Los Angeles and Southern California, and a realistic scheduling window is confirmed with your quote.
